2024 MOUSA General Membership Meeting

Per USAW By-Laws, all nominations and any additional proposed motions or amendments must be submitted by USAW members in good standing to Secretary no later than September 14th, 2024.  

Any proposed nominations, motions, or amendments may be submitted to

If you submit a motion or amendment, expect a confirmation from Clint Smith.  If you do not receive a confirmation, assume he did not receive your email or letter.

Note: 

• Membership and Team Charters expired on August 31, 2024.   Membership system is now open for 2025 memberships.  Reminder:  If you’re due for a background check, don’t wait until the last minute, it generally takes 7-14 days for the background check to be completed.  If your chartering a club, you must have an active Wrestling Leader membership.
• Those interested in hosting a District Tournament should communicate your intentions with your District and Regional Director as soon as possible.

Coaches your Wrestling Leader Card must have a profile picture on it to be valid for the Missouri State Youth Series.  Coaches bands will not be issued if your card does not contain a photo of you.  Do not wait until the last minute, the submitted photo is reviewed by USA Wrestling and can be denied if photo is not approved.
